MEMBERSHIP

Concerning the requirements for membership in the Presbyterian Church, it has been said, Her door of entrance is as wide as the gates of heaven. In a large sense, this statement is very true. Our five membership questions describe what Presbyterians believe to be necessary in order for a person to be a Christian. They do not constitute an examination of intelligence or learning; but are a description of Christian experience as the Presbyterian church understands it.
